Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). Import duties and taxes are included in your order total.
Delivery & Liability
Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. Express next business day delivery applies within the Express Post network only.
While we work closely with Australia Post to ensure timely delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, postal disruptions, or customs processing.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel at the nominated delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
