ORDERING

How do I place an order? +

Select your preferred colour, size and style, then click 'Add to Cart'. When you're ready, head to your cart and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

Do I need an account to shop? +

No — you can check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account so you can track your orders and enjoy rewards through our Devoted to Lingerie VIP program. You can also sign up quickly using Facebook, Google or Twitter.

I’ve forgotten my password +

Simply follow the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page to reset your password.

PRODUCTS & SIZING

How do I find my correct size? +

Please refer to our sizing chart for guidance on international size conversions.

How can I check if an item is in stock? +

All available items are listed online. If a product is sold out, it will be clearly marked.

Please note that items in your cart are not reserved and may still be purchased by another customer until checkout is complete. Due to the exclusive nature and limited availability of our collections, order fulfilment is not guaranteed until your order has been processed and dispatched.

If an item is unavailable at the time of processing, any applicable refund will be issued automatically. Your order is confirmed once you receive a shipment notification email.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, GPay and ShopPay.

Customers in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Canada can also check out with Afterpay to receive their order straight away and pay in instalments.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will delivery take? +

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its progress. Find more information on shipping & delivery here.

Can I update my shipping address? +

If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order ID and the correct delivery details. We’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

If your order has already shipped, please contact Australia Post directly.

Why haven’t I received my order confirmation? +

Please check your junk or spam folder first, as automated emails can occasionally be filtered there. We also recommend marking emails from KissKill as safe so you don’t miss future updates.
